Magic Kitten: Update 1.0.3

Hello Witchers!

Below are the patch notes for version 1.0.3, now available in stores!

Missing Lives Pop-up
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the level from restarting when you ran out of lives and had to watch an ad.

Language Pop-up
  • Pressing a language button automatically closes the pop-up.
  • The X button has been removed.
  • The title shadow has been removed.
  • Win Pop-up
  • Updated the number font to Longdon.
  • Removed the shadow from the text.

Level
  • Fixed a bug where arrays were not clearing properly.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented obstacles from regenerating when restarting a level.
  • Added a feature where purchased but unused potions are no longer lost when changing levels.
  • Added a 1.5-second delay to the text animation when duplicating orbs.
  • Having a potion in the middle slot and entering one of the tutorials will replace that potion.
  • Entering levels 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 will no longer save the middle potion to avoid generating infinite boosters.
  • The cat tween has been deleted to avoid memory overload.
  • Junk code has been removed.
  • Level 20: No longer a timed level but a move-based level, with 45 available moves.
  • Level 23: The number of cats required has been updated from 10 to 20.
  • Level 24: The number of moves has been increased from 60 to 45, and the number of purple cats required has been increased from 10 to 20.
  • Level 25: The number of moves has been increased from 75 to 50.
  • Level 26: The number of points required has been decreased from 1000 to 600.
  • Level 36: The number of points required has been decreased from 2000 to 1500.
  • Grid: The height has been changed for taller devices.

Shop
  • Potions brought from another level cannot now be purchased from the shop as they have a “Ready” status.
  • Purchased potions will now be saved and retained when exiting the game.

Level Selector
  • Starting the game for the first time shows the last unlocked level.
  • Leaving a level and returning to the selector selects that level in the list to avoid having to search for it again. Example: If we enter level 23, exit, and return to the menu, the launcher used to send us to level 40, but now it leaves us at level 23 again.
  • Movement speed between levels has been increased.
  • Tweens between level changes are now cleared to avoid memory overload.
